다들 하는 대로 해버리면 쉬울 수도 있는 일이다.
그저 하던 대로만 해도 기본은 하는 일이다.
할 수 있는 것만 하고 하기 좋은 것만 하면서도 버텨갈 수 있는 노릇이다.
그러나 그러다 보면 누가 “새 것”을 할 것인가.
누가 “하지 않았던 것”을 할 것인가.
누가 디자인이 “꿈꿔 온 바로 그것”을 해낼 것인가.
이제 우리 자신에게 최면을 걸어 능력 이상의 능력을 시도해 본다.
누군가 해야 할 일이라면 바로 우리가 할 수 있지 않겠는가.
모두가 바라는 일이라면 바로 우리가 해야 하지 않겠는가.
우리가 해 온 것보다 앞으로 해야 할 것들을 생각한다.
누구나 할 수 있는 것 아닌 누구도 해 본 적 없는 것들을 생각한다.
세상에서 제일 힘든 일… 뭔가 다르게 한다는 것.
다르게 하면서도 잘한다는 것…

It would be easy to follow everyone else.
Continuing on with the usual is easy also.
Nothing will happen if you just do what you can or whatever is easy.
Then who will do “something new”?
Who will do “what has never been done”?
Who will manifest the ultimate vision of design”?
We are convinced that we can outdo ourselves.
If someone has to do it, why should it not be us?
If everyone visualizes it, why should anything stop us?
Let us consider what we will do rather than what we’ve done.
We’ll focus on things that can’t be done by anyone else,
things that have never been done before.
