2014년 4월 16일 세월호가 침몰했고, 304명의 희생자 대부분은 수학여행을 떠난 어린 학생들이었다. 이 포스터는 안타까운 사고에 대한 사회적인 책임과 희생된 영혼에 대한 어루만짐의 표현이다. 또한 304명의 영혼들에게 하나하나 별 이름을 붙여주며 하늘나라에서 서로 어울려 평안히 잠들기를 바라는 소망을 담았다. 이중으로 겹친 타이포그래피는 침몰하는 배의 움직이기도 하고, 대한민국의 혼돈과 울부짖음의 상징이기도 하다.

The Sewol ferry disaster occurred on April 16, 2014. Most of the 304 lost lives were young students who were on a school trip. This poster is an expression of social obligations that we must all bear and a gesture to soothe the souls victimized in this appalling incident. Also, names were given to all of the 304 lost souls in hope that they will rest in peace in heaven. The overlapped typography looks like a movement of the sinking ferry, and symbolizes the lament of Korea in a chaotic state.
